The First HK brand joining the strategic alliance with Effect Audio ConX
This partnership with Effect Audio-ConX further strengthens Vortex's position in the market and represents a significant milestone for the Hong Kong audio industry.
Among the accessories, the most sought-after item was the connector from the well-known Singaporean brand, Effect Audio - ConX. After much effort, we are proud to have been granted authorization by Effect Audio to become the first Hong Kong brand to form a strategic alliance with them, and to be directly authorized to use the ConX product on Vortex cables for sale.
In 2021, Vortex devoted much of its time to developing cables, accessories, and packaging.

Packaging
With so many different cables on the market, it was a challenge for Vortex to stand out. To address this, Vortex spent an entire year focusing on improving every detail of the packaging and accessories.
Throughout the project, every detail was carefully considered, from the color of the stitching to the choice of paper for the outer box, and from the leather cable tie, storage pouch, to the leather desk mat. Every aspect was meticulously selected to provide Vortex users with a comprehensive and thoughtful experience. While the cable may be the conduit for sound, the packaging and accessories represent our gratitude and appreciation to our customers.
